LeSSはスクラムです。スケールしたスクラムです。
ですので、LeSSの基本は、1チームのスクラムになります。
1チームのスクラムが確立し、安定稼働してこそ、スケールできます。

規模が大きくなってもスクラムのシンプルさを維持するには、1チームスクラムがしっかりできていることが必要です。
